PURPOSE: A hydraulic composition such as concrete or mortar is to employ another composition consisting of a curdlan and a basic substance to prevent segregation of its constituents and to increase its fluidity. CONSTITUTION: The curdlan employed is to be its own production fermentation liquid or a refined curdlan powder; the basic substance is to be one or more selected from NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2 and NH4OH; the composition for segregation-reducing agent is to be added with a basic substance to have pH10 or above in degree.
