Additive composition to improve the transport of flowing petroleums susceptible of containing hydrates and method of using said composition

The additive composition enables the dispersion of plugs of gas hydrates which are prone to form, under favorable thermodyna conditions, in petroleum or natural gas transportation lines. A formulation to improve the transport of a petroleum effluent comprising water, gas, and optionally a hydrocarbon phase, comprises at least two additives, one of which is a nucleation agent for hydrate crystals. An Independent claim is also included for a process to alleviate the transport of the petroleum fluid.
