PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a compound library that can promptly and easily be constructed and has elucidated chemical structure, further provide a compound library produced by the production method. SOLUTION: The compound library according to this invention is a method for producing compound library that can be produced in a same vessel and comprises: (1) mixing one or more kinds of donor substrate, receptor substrate and transferase; (2) performing a rearrangement reaction by incubating them so that the rearrangement rate may arrive at 1% to 99%; and (3) stopping the rearrangement reaction.
