PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheet for the antireflection and protection of the surface of the display screen of a display device. SOLUTION: A coating layer 11 comprising a resin binder layer 13 and fine particles 12 is disposed on the front side of a substrate film 10 and an adhesive layer 14 for sticking the substrate film 10 to the surface of the transparent substrate of a display device is formed on the rear side of the substrate film 10. An ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer or a polyolefin resin obtained by metallocene catalyzed polymerization is used as the material of the adhesive layer 14. The resulting adhesive sheet is stuck to the surface of a transparent substrate 15 on a liquid crystal 16 in a liquid crystal display device.
