PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range hood fan wherein an oily fat fraction contained in waste gas is prevented from being adhered to and deposited on a hood body, and cleaning in the hood body is facilitated. SOLUTION: A range hood fan A is adapted such that it includes a front side collection space S in which waste gas is collected and a rear side air an accommodation chamber 30 defined to accommodate an air fan 40 in a box shaped hood body 10 with an opening directed downward for sucking waste gas. In the range hood fan, a lower side surface of the air fan accommodation chamber 30 is constructed with a grease filter 32, and waste gas rising from a cooker is passed directly to the grease filter 32 without permitting it to go therearound, and is sucked into the air fan accommodation chamber 30 and is exhausted upward. |
