PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating fan capable of preventing an orifice from falling, in which safety is secured and it is inexpensive with stable quality. SOLUTION: A flange 5 is provided on a frame 1 of a ventilating fan on the inside of a room, and on an upper side of the flange 5 left and right pawls 11 protruding upward is provided and a bent portion 13 is provided axially of the fan. On the upper side of an orifice 17 mounted on the flange 5 left and right engagement holes 18 engaged with the left and tight pawls 11 and a cut and raised portion 19 in contact with the bent portion 13 are provided. A lower portion of the fan is mounted with the aid of mounting means 21. Hereby, the orifice 17 is securely kept to be prevented from falling. |
