PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor, in which insulation breakdown caused by connection between an anode terminal and an anode lead-out wire is significantly suppressed, and containing efficiency is increased by improving accuracy of assembly and sheathing. SOLUTION: One end part of an anode lead-out wire 13, that is buried so as to be exposed from a capacitor element 11 constituted by forming an anode oxide film, a solid-electrolyte layer and a cathode layer 12 in this order on a porous anode body of a tantalum minute powder, is connected to an insulating- unprocessed part 16 of an anode terminal 15 after the cathode layer 12 of the capacitor element 11 is set and fixed to a dust-collecting catch pan part 15a of the anode terminal 15 of the capacitor element 11, whose part being in contact with the cathode layer 12 is provided with an insulating-processed part 14. A dust-collecting catch pan 17a of a cathode terminal 17 provided with the dust-collecting catch pan 17a is set on the side opposite to the part to which the anode terminal 15 is set and fixed to connect electrically using a conductive adhesive agent 18, and then they are packaged with a packaging resin 19 except a part of the cathode terminal 17 and the anode terminal 15.
