PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering a liquid enhanced in recovery efficiency of a carrier solvent. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a drying roll 3 for absorbing the carrier solvent in a developer developed on the surface of a photosensitive belt by a developing device, a regeneration roll 4 for evaporating the absorbed carrier solvent, a condenser 7 for recovering the evaporated carrier solvent and condensing it by cooling, a tube 6 and an air pump 9 for guiding the evaporated carrier solvent to the condenser 7 and a manifold 5 for covering one end side of each of the drying and regenerating rolls so that the vapor evaporated at the regenerating roll does not escape to the outside. The recovery efficiency at the manifold is enhanced by keeping the drying temperature of the regenerating roll at a temp. over 85 deg.C and changing the sucking volume of the air pump from 22 l/min to 38 l/min. |
