PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control the number of image forming sheets without preparing a key counter or a key card and executing special operation. SOLUTION: An image forming instruction device transmitting an image forming command to an image forming device 1 is provided with an RF communication device 8 executing RF communication between an ID card 9 incorporating a personal ID code and an RFID(radio frequency identification) element 10 storing the number of image forming sheets and reading stored information from the element 10. Besides, a file storing the number of image forming sheets by the image forming device 1 every personal ID code is arranged so as to control the number of image forming sheets based on the number of image forming sheets respectively stored in the element 10 and the file for the number of sheets. Then, when the personal ID code and the number of image forming sheets are read by the communication device 8, they are compared with the number of image forming sheets of the corresponding ID code stored in the file for the number of sheets. When the number of image forming sheets respectively stored in the element 10 and the file for the number of sheets do not coincide with each other, they are made to coincide with each other. |
