PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the one-bit signal regenerating device which can reduce distortion/noise components while inputting a one-bit signal by separating and using a switching amplifier alone. SOLUTION: The one-bit signal regenerating device which amplifies aΔΣ-modulated one-bit input signal by a switching amplifier 2 and demodulates it into an analog signal through a large-current LPF 3 is equipped with a one-bit signal processor 1 which adds predistortion to the one-bit input signal according to the analog signal and one-bit input signal so as to distortion/noise components generated by the switching amplifier 2 and current LPF 3 are canceled.
