PURPOSE:To supply mixed liquids without excess or shortage with respect to the rate of consumption by using a stretchable tank as a feed tank for mixed liquids and controlling the rate of feeding of the respective mixed liquids based on the change thereof. CONSTITUTION:When the amount of the mixed liquids being fed from piping 27 to the process increases, the amount of the liquid stagnating in a variable capacity tank 26 decreases and a link 33 moves in the direction of the arrow A, causing a lever 34 to turn. This in turn increases the output of the first speed changer 29 and second speed changer 30 to increase the discharge rates of metering pumps 23, 23', whereby the amount of the mixed liquids being flowed into the variable capacity tank 26 is increased and is thereby automatically balanced. |
