PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively irradiate a hall surface in the longitudinal direction and to mount a plurality of LEDs in the same direction. SOLUTION: This LED foot lamp is attached to a wall 1 to irradiate a hall surface 2, and is mounted with LEDs 3 each having an oval light distribution characteristic with a horizontal angle of distributed/directed light set up to be larger than the vertical angle thereof. In the LED foot lamp, the plurality of LEDs 3 are mounted on an LED substrate 4 so that they form lines at least in the horizontal direction and are oriented in the same direction. A forward projecting hood part 6 is formed on an opaque resin over member 5 provided on a surface of the lamp, and the LEDs 3 provided below an under surface (light reflective) of the hood part 6 are directed at a downward angle θ of 30 to 50 deg. relative to the direction normal to the wall 1 and situated at a height of 20 to 40 cm above the hall surface 2. |
