PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital PLL capable of reducing effects of screen fluctuation by synchronizing with the same position of a screen at all times. SOLUTION: In this digital PLL using a sequential filter 32, the filter 32 counts synchronizing pulses Syp and synthesizes at the same position of the same number of scanning lines in each frame at all times, by outputting a control signal to a digital VCO 33 according to the detection signal of a phase comparator 31, when the count value N or M, or the values N and M or 1st and 2nd counters become a reciprocal number of the integer of the number of scanning lines. |
