PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the operation load of a processing system operator-side and to reduce the human error of a processing by checking whether transaction receives the cancel request of prescribed transaction in a processing system where a transaction slip is received from a facsimile machine. SOLUTION: When a centralized center 20 receives the service code of a transaction cancel request, the input of the transaction serial number of canceled transaction is requested and the transaction serial number is received from a FAX 11. When it is judged that a cancel processing is possible, the input of the final recognition of the transaction cancel request is requested, a final recognition will is received and effect that cancel is to be executed is informed to a business store through the FAX 11. A file server 22 registers the transaction serial number designated to be a store number which is previously recognized to the state management DB 31 as a missing number. It is retrieved whether transaction is registered as a missing number state on the state management DB 31 with the store number of transaction and the transaction serial number as keys. When it is registered as the missing number, transaction information is deleted from the state management DB 31.
