PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute hoist training safely while adopting inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A device for educating/training a rescue operation for a hoist operator 107 of a helicopter is composed of a training room 106, a pool 101 and a dummy of a drowned person 102. The training room 106 simulating a helicopter is provided by fixed so as to locate over the pool 101, the dummy 102 of the drowned person makes a relative motion simulate a helicopter movement corresponding to an operation of an operation machine 108. For a hoist operator 107, the dummy of the drowned person looks like moving according to the movement of the helicopter he is operating by himself. A simple structure is realized by adopting fixed structure for the training room, a cost reduction is realized and a safe training can be executed as well.
