PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label for floppy disks to which an index can be set. SOLUTION: Two slits 3, a perforation (a) 4 and a perforation (b) 5 are set to a fold part 2 of a label 1 having one face used as a paste face. Searching and taking out a floppy disk from a storage case are facilitated by using this label for floppy disks. The label makes the floppy disk easy to arrange when the disk is to be stored in the case.
