UPPER STRUCTURE OF CYLINDER TYPE STORAGE TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the upper structure of a cylinder type storage tank to eliminate a need for temporary scaffolding and shorten a work process. SOLUTION: Instead of the upper structure of a conventional suspension deck type cylindrical storage tank, this storage tank comprises an outer tank roof 13 to cover the upper part of an outer tank; a deck 50 having a circular floor 51 at a central part and a plurality of annular floors 52-56 and covering the upper part of an inner tank; a suspension structure 40 to support a deck from the lower part of the outer tank roof; and a heat insulation member 60 stacked on the upper surface of the deck without any gap. The annular floor is arranged concentrically circularly centering around the circular floor.
