摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety, durability, and reliability of a device and at the same time reduce costs by forming a heat exchange tube of continuous length by a material for transmitting infrared rays, at the same time winding the tube in a coil shape for forming an insertion space inside, and inserting an infrared heating means into the insertion space for installation. SOLUTION: A liquid-heating device 2 is provided with a heat exchange tube 8 of continuous length where one end part is a liquid inlet 4 and the other is a liquid outlet 6. The heat exchange tube 8 is wound in a coil shape, and an insertion space 10 is formed inside. In the insertion space 10, an infrared heating means, for example an infrared heater 12, is inserted for installation. Liquid being introduced from the liquid inlet 4 is heated from the side of the insertion space 10, namely from the inner-surface side, by the infrared heating means 12, and the heated liquid is unloaded from the liquid outlet 6. A surface temperature sensor 14 is provided at the appropriate position of an inner surface 8a of the insertion space 10 of the heat exchange tube 8.
