<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute efficient communication at high speed by transmitting an MPOA address solution request message to an ingress MPOA server and updating the cache memory content of a cache management part with the response message content when the detection of a data flow exceeding a prescribed threshold is informed from a flow monitoring part. SOLUTION: A flow monitoring part 22 monitors a data flow transmitted to an ingress MPOA server within prescribed monitoring time before the time out of a timer 26 after the setting of a short cut. An MPOA message processing part 23 transmits an MPOA address solution request message to the ingress MPOA server when the detection of the data flow exceeding the prescribed threshold is informed from the flow monitoring part 23. Thus, a cache management part 21 managing an ingress cache by a memory 25 and a timer 26 updates the content of the memory 25 with the response message content. Thus, the efficient communication of high speed, which is intrinsic to the MPOA, is executed.</p> |
