PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce decrease in volume or thickness of an oxide superconductor layer even if a heat treatment for giving superconductivity is conducted by giving superconductivity so that when the volume of an oxide superconductor temporarily baked crushed material coating layer is represented by V0 and the volume of an oxide superconductor coating layer is represented by V, the ratio V0/V exists within a specified range. SOLUTION: The ratio V0/V is specified within a range of 1-2.5. The thickness of an oxide superconductor coating layer is preferable to be 5μm or more. For controlling the ratio of the volume within this range, voids existing in a temporarily baked crushed material coating layer before conducting superconductor heat treatment are preferably reduced by treatment, and compression by rolling with a plane roll for example is effective. The oxide superconductor in the oxide superconductor coating layer is preferable to be a Bi-based oxide superconductor, and actually Bi-2212 (Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy) oxide super conductor is preferable. |
