PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera constituted so that an actual focal distance range being as the specification of the camera and a pseudo focal distance range can be easily confirmed at a normal photographing time and a trimming photographing time. SOLUTION: This camera is provided with a zoom lens and constituted so that a normal photographing action and a trimming photographing action can be executed. By operating a mode switching lever 51, the camera can be switched to a normal photographing mode and a trimming photographing mode. In the normal photographing mode, the actual focal distance range of the photographing lens of the camera is displayed at an LCD part 54. In the trimming photographing mode, the pseudo focal distance range is obtained by multiplying the actual focal distance range by trimming magnification and displayed at the LCD part 54 so that the photographing action can be executed while recognizing the pseudo focal distance range at the trimming photographing time.
