PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an operating frequency of a serial-parallel covert processing and make an image display direction reversible. SOLUTION: Input image data D are separated into first and second image data DO, DE by a distributor 101 and first and second switches 104, 105. The first and second image data DO, DE are respectively converted into the image data of paralleled 12 systems by the first and second serial-parallel converting circuits 104, 105. Then, each image datum is converted into an analog signal through D/A converters 106A-106X. These analog image signals are amplified by amplifiers 107A-107X, and supplied to image signal supply line L1-L24 of a liquid crystal panel 200 as image signals V1-V24.
