PIN INSERTING JIG AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING PIN ON PRINT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a pin with a print board by brazing without forming any through-hole. SOLUTION: Soldering paste 13 is applied to the surface of a pin connection pad 12 of a print board 11. A pin 17 is inserted into each pin insertion hole 21b of a pin inserting jig 21. The print board 11 and the pin inserting jig 21 are turned up side down in a state that the print board 11 is set in a recession 21c of the pin insertion jig 21. Then, heating is carried out in that state, and the soldering paste 13 is melted so that the pin 17 can be connected with the pin connection pad 11. Also, a space is formed between the print board 11 and a face 21a for supporting the pin of the pin inserting jig 21 so that any solder can be prevented from being fixed to the pin inserting jig 21.
