FUEL EXPENSE REDUCTION DEVICE OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A reducing device for a fuel consumption ratio of a vehicle is provided to generate a high output regardless of a small amount of fuel supply through supplying external air to an intake manifold. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing a fuel consumption ratio is formed by a negative pressure operating line(100) connected to an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve operating line(50) for obtaining a negative pressure generated at a front direction of a throttle valve(22); an upper valve body(110) having a negative pressure operation port(11) and an upper chamber(112); a lower valve body(120) combined to the upper valve body while interposing a diaphragm(130); a connector(140) combined to the surge tank while having an intake port(141) and a discharge port(142); a spool(150) fixed to the diaphragm for opening and closing the intake port and the discharge port; a compressing spring(160) elastically pushing the diaphragm for the spool to close the ports of the connector; and an adjusting bolt(180) combined to a cover(170) assembled on an upper portion of the upper valve body.
