PURPOSE: A control rod guider is provided to easily insert a control rod into a nuclear fuel assembly by supporting a control rod assembly, which is inserted into the nuclear fuel assembly, on an upper portion of the nuclear fuel assembly. CONSTITUTION: A control rod guider comprises a body section(31). A plurality of control rod passing holes, a hub passing hole, and a plurality of spider leg passing holes are formed in the body section(31). A plurality of pins(33,34) are coupled to a lower side of the body section(31). The plurality of pins(33,34) are fixed to an upper portion of an upper nozzle of a nuclear fuel assembly. An upper plate(32) is installed on an upper portion of the body section(31). The control rod passing hole is tapered so as to allow the control rod to be easily passed therethrough. In addition, the spider leg passing hole is tapered so as to allow a spider leg to be easily passed therethrough.
