PURPOSE: An inner liner of a pneumatic tire for a car is provided which improves non-vulcanized adhesion of a second inner liner and a first liner so the split of the joined part of the second inner liner and the first inner liner is prevented and the resistance of air permeability is improved. CONSTITUTION: In the inner liner of a pneumatic tire for a car comprising a first inner liner and a second liner being composed of natural rubber and butyl rubber, the rubber composition of the second inner liner consists of 8-14 part per hundred resin of the natural rubber and 86-92 part per hundred resin of the butyl rubber.
