MICROBIOLOGICAL PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ALPHA-HANF

PURPOSE: A method for producing alpha human atrial natriuretic factor(alpha-hANF) using a microorganism is provided, thereby the alpha human atrial natriuretic factor can be produced in higher yield. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing alpha human atrial natriuretic factor(alpha-hANF) comprises the steps of: producing an expression vector containing a gene encoding the fusion protein of alpha human atrial natriuretic factor(alpha-hANF) and Gene-9 protein of bacteriophage T7; transforming E. coli with the expression vector; incubating the transformed E. coli; and separating and purifying the fusion protein produced from the transformed E. coli; and removing Gene-9 protein of bacteriophage T7 from the fusion protein, in which the fusion protein may be obtained from periplasm of the transformed E. coli without completely crushing the transformed E. coli.
