发明名称 FRICTION AGITATING JOINING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the uniform joining quality of the stable structure over a whole joined pert by uniformalizing the heat input in a work from a joining start location to a joining finish location by controlling the number of revolution of a friction agitating joining tool. SOLUTION: The heat input in a work is uniformalized from the joining start location of the friction agitating joining to the joining finish location. A means to control the heat input in the work makes use of the change in number of revolution of a friction agitating joining tool, the change in the joining speed, the heating or cooling of the work from the outside, and the heating or cooling on the friction agitating joining tool side. Alternatively, the temperature of a joined part of the work under the joining or the temperature in the vicinity thereof is measured, and the heat input in the work during the joining is controlled based on the measured value. When the heat input is insufficient, the number of revolution of the tool is increased, or the joining speed is reduced. To change the number of revolution of the tool, the rotation of a spindle in a friction agitating joining machine may be controlled.
