The invention concerns a loading apparatus by means of which bakery products are moved to and from an oven 1a- 1f. Said loading apparatus comprises a loading table 2, which can move up to a first station 3 in a bakery line in such a way that bakery products 10 which are to be baked can move up to said loading table 2 and be moved to the oven 1a-1f in such a way that the bakery products 10 transferred at the said first station 3 onto said loading table 2 can be moved from said loading table 2 to said oven 1a-1f, moved at the oven 1a-1f in such a way that the bakery products 20 baked in said oven 1a-1f can be transferred onto said loading table 2 and can be moved to a second station 4 in such a way that the bakery products 20 transferred onto said loading table 2 and baked can be transferred from said loading table 2 into said second station 4. Said loading table 2 can swing essentially in a horizontal plane in such a way that the bakery products 10 being baked and the baked bakery products 20 can be transferred onto said loading table 2 and in corresponding fashion the bakery products 10 which are to be baked and the baked bakery products 20 can move from said loading table 2 in any desired direction of rotation A in the horizontal plane of said loading table 2.
