PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an electrically stable clean space and to neutralize a charged article effectively. SOLUTION: In the method for obtaining a static electricity removing negative ion-containing clean air by passing cleaned air of high purity on a photoelectron discharge material under the irradiation with ultraviolet rays and/or radiation by using a dust removing filter and a photocatalyst and/or an adsorbing material and, in the static electricity removing negative ion-containing clean air obtaining apparatus equipped with an air cleaning part B wherein a dust removing filter 6 and a photocatalyst and/or an adsorbing material 5 are provided in a flow channel from an air suction port to an air discharge port and a photoelectron discharge part A having a photoelectron discharge material 7 and an irradiation source for irradiating the photoelectron discharge material with ultraviolet rays and/or radiation, the irradiation with ultraviolet rays and/or radiation is pref. performed in an electric field 9 and moisture is pref. supplied into air. |
