PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool for an interior material of a helmet, not only mounting the interior material surely and stably but also capable of rationalizing the mounting work and also protecting a head part from a wound, etc., in an accident such as an overturning of a wearer. SOLUTION: This mounting tool is provided by installing plural projections 6 as protruding around a fitting hole 3 at the side surface side of a cap body, of a mounting member 2 provided at the tip end part of a hammock 1. By constituting the fitting hole 3 with an inserting hole 3a, communicating hole 3b and an engaging hole 3c, engaging claws 4 are installed at the both sides of the communicating hole 3b of the rivet head side of the mounting member 2. A build up guarding part 5 is formed around the fitting hole 3 of the rivet head side of the mounting member 2.
