PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare on easy-to-cut duplicating or printing transparent film having a clearly visible printing on lines drawn for cutting even when highly transparent films are deeply and fully duplicated or printed. SOLUTION: This films for cutting is composed of a duplicating or printing transparent film 10A; a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20A coated on its back surface; a peeling transparent film 30A peelably applied to the back surface of the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20A; a printing 40A of lines drawn for cutting printed on the back surface of the peeling transparent film 30A; and a white printing layer or a white resin coated layer 50A containing or not containing fine particles for preventing double-transmission which covers the printing 40A.
