PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a drying device for drying raw material air for ozone generation maintenance-free and to embody stable ozone generation operation. SOLUTION: The ozone fumigating and deodorizing machine which generates the ozone by sending raw material air to a drying device 3 by an air pump 2 and supplying the raw material air dried in the drying device 3 to an ozone generator 4 is provided with solenoid valves 19 and 20 respectively between the air pump 2 and the drying device 3 and between the drying device 3 and the ozone generator 4. An exhaust pipe 18 is connected via a solenoid valve 21 to the drying device 3.
