PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an effect of a fertilizer by putting complex fertilizer particles near the roots of a plant. SOLUTION: The complex fertilizer particles 1 are obtained by coating fertilizer particles 2 with a wood flour layer 3 consisting of wood flour and paste. The fertilizer particles 2 are the particles of a chemical fertilizer or a natural fertilizer, for example, oil cake or the like as shown in figure (a) and (b). The wood flour is goods on the market, the one generated by sawing or the finer one obtained by further pulverizing it. The paste is obtained by fluidizing wheat flour starch by dissolving it in water. When the complex fertilizer particles are put near the root, the fertilizer and water are pierced into the wood flour to be the gentle fertilizer for new roots and grow a plant sufficiently. The fertilizer can be prevented from issuing from the fertilizer particles 2.
