<p>The object of invention is a drainage grating for exterior construction works preferentially, especially for covering the upwards opened drainage installations, such as gutters, which comprises longitudinal lath-like elements and transverse elements which are binding the latter preferentially to an undismountable assembly. The grating is preferentially intended for the prevention of icicle growth. According to the invention, the longitudinal laths (1, 3) are shaped and distributed in such a manner that they, in their ground-plan projection, cover the occupied projection plane completely by the drainage grating, leaving a passage for meteoric water among the laths. The complete coverage of the ground-plan projection is achieved by a set of lathe-like elements (1, 3), each of them forming an unsymmetrical miniature roof in principle, where a shorter leg of the miniature roof of a given lath-like element is standing on a longer leg of the miniature roof of the previous lath-like element. The passage for meteoric water is established in the area of the shorter of the two legs of the unsymmetrical miniature roof. On the side far from the roof eaves, the set of lath-like elements (1, 3) is prolonged into an upright snow fence (7).</p> |
