PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a raw rubber member, to smoothly release the member when unwound and to provide an excellent durability exhibiting a good operability by forming a surface of a sheet-like synthetic resin to become a base material in a specific surface roughness, and then covering the surface with a high molecular weight polymer having a specific thickness. SOLUTION: The liner 1 is covered on both surfaces of a base material 2 of a sheet-like polyester resin having a surface roughness of 0.05 to 1.0μm with covering members 3 of low density polyethylene of a high molecular weight polymer having a thickness of 1 to 5μm. The member 3 forms a suitably smoothened embossed surface shape and has suitable adhesive properties and suitable mold release ability with physical properties of the polyethylene. In the case of the high rigidity liner 1, when released from a tread rubber, the liner 1 is smoothly released without deforming due to dragging. Thus, the high rigidity polyacrylic polymer is used for the material 2, the member is smoothly release without increasing in thickness the liner 1, and operability and durability can be improved. |
