PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that can be mounted to a small washstand and facilitates maintenance such as replenishment of soapy water, by providing a dilution tank connected to a concentrated soap vessel and a control device for opening or closing two valves based on a signal from a sensor for detecting existence of a hand near a delivery opening. SOLUTION: When a user inserts a hand under each of delivery openings 7, 10 of a cleaning device 1, a sensor 3 senses this, and a control device 4 opens a valve 5 on a soapy water side and made service water flow to a low passage 8 based on this sensed signal. The tap water reaching a dilution tank 6 sucks concentrated soapy water from a concentrated soap vessel 9, dilutes this, and delivers it as the soapy water from a delivery opening 7. When, the user washes his/her hands in a sensing range of the sensor 3, the control device 4 opens a valve 12 on the cleaning water side to supply the service water. When the user washes the hands out of the sensing range of the sensor 3, at the time when the user again inserts the hands into a sensing range of the sensor 3, the control device 4 opens the valve 12 to supply the service water.
