<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform inspection for positioning without taking out a press ring from a molding furnace. SOLUTION: When a glass pane-molding equipment is equipped with a mold 11 installed within a molding furnace 1, a press ring 7 pressing a glass pane 19 onto the mold and a support frame 6 for the ring 7, inspecting pins 30 are implanted at plural positions inside the ring 7 and are made to be operable from the outside of the furnaces 1 and 2. A glass pane used for inspection is transferred into the furnace 1 and is subjected to press molding using the ring 7 in a state that pins 30 have been protruded. By measuring scars formed by pins 30 in the peripheral part of the glass pane, the position of the glass pane to the ring 7 is judged whether it meets set conditions or not. According to inspected results of the scars due to pins 30, the loading position of a glass pane is adjusted by a robot placed in front of the furnaces.</p> |
