PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor for printing a time table on a new paper again at every revision of the time table and the waste resources by rewritablly displaying the time table information of public traffic facilities such as trains, buses or the like on a reversible displaying part of a card having the rewritably displayable reversible displaying part. SOLUTION: The card base material 2 of a time table displaying card is produced by laminating two center core sheets 3a and 3b to each other and laminating transparent over sheets 4a and 4b onto above and beneath the center core sheets. In addition, a magnetic recording part 6, which consists of a magnetic stripe made by containing magnetic powders 15a inductive to a magnetic field in microcapsules, is pasted to the surface of the over sheet. When a vertical magnetic field is applied, the magnetic powders in the microcapsules are aligned vertically, resulting in aligning the incident light from outside with the surface of a medium so as to reach the surface of a substrate 10 and be absorbed, resulting in making the reflected light smaller. This state is viewed black due to the small reflected light and the information can be rewritablly displayed with a card reader-writer. |
