By this constitution, the natural sterilizing and antibacterial agent A is injected in raw water supplied to the tap 11 and this raw water develops sterilizing and antibacterial action in a food material. Since the natural sterilizing and antibacterial agent A has lasting properties in its antibacterial action, bacteria propagated in the food material can be certainly killed or can be prevented from propagation and no influence is exerted on the environment or the like when water is discharged.
