PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly inform a user that the life of an outer blade has expired. SOLUTION: In an outer blade 1, a metal foil layer 2 having no abrasion resistance is formed on a surface of the blade 1 by hot pressing, and a transparent or semitransparent resin coating layer 3 is provided on the layer 2. Until the life of the blade 1 expires, the color of the layer 2 can be recognized by a user; however, if the resin coating layer 3 is worn off, the foil layer 2 is immediately peeled or worn off and hence the surface of the blade 1 is directly exposed.
