PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to be cared easily to move between a wheelchair and a bed by arranging a frame in a U-shape, etc., consisting of two beams in a front and back direction and setting one of the beams to be horizontal and the other to be oblique to adjust the height of a seat of the wheelchair to a proper height based on the height of the bed. SOLUTION: A frame in a U-shape, etc., consisting of a left/right pair of horizontal beams 4 and inclined beams is arranged in the front and back direction of the wheelchair. In addition, a standing metal fitting 1 for a backrest 1 is freely rotatably extended upward from the rear end of the beam 4 to be normally supported by tilting the fitting 1. In addition, an axle for supporting a large wheel 8 is arranged between the rear end parts of both of tilting beams 16, and a tilting beam 11 for supporting a small wheel is extended from the front part of the beams 16. Then, a seat part is arranged on the lower side of a proper position along both of the beams 4 and a bed 7 is inserted to the upper side of this seat part in the state of being freely moving in and out. Thus, a person to be cared can easily be moved or displaced between the wheelchair and the bed 7.
