CASTING METHOD FOR POLYAMIDE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed casting method for a polyamide resin. SOLUTION: At a point where a molten polyamide resin sheet comes into contact with two moving cooling media, this polyamide resin sheet is held between two cooling media to be mechanically brought into close contact with cooling media and a water films or waterdrops are formed on the surfaces of the cooling media to form close contact force on both surfaces of the molten polyamide resin sheets by the surface tension due to the meniscuses between both surfaces of the sheets and the cooling media to cool the polyamide resin sheet in close contact state by surface tension and mechanical nip pressure.
