The invention relates to an arrangement in plate heat exchangers, comprising a large number of channel plates 1 with seals 4 and connections 7, placed between two end plates 2, 3, and also at least one cleaning unit, placed in a tight package. The liquid flows led via the connections 8 of the end plate 2 are arranged to flow on the opposing side of each channel plate in the channels for transferring the heat from one medium flow to the other.
