PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly vertically move a hanging shelf body by fixing a hanging shelf to a vertical surface for fixing, fixing a fixing frame to the hanging receiving part of a fixed frame and attaching the hanging shelf body to the fixing frame in the state of being swingable this-side-downward and back-upward through a parallel tetramerous link. SOLUTION: The inner surface of an outer box 1 for fixing a wall surface W is made a vertical surface 2 for fixing, and a fixed frame 4 is fixed to the surface 2 with plural vises 3. Then, a sub-unit 8 having a fixing frame 5 and a hanging shelf body 7 to be attached to the frame 5 in the state of being swingable this-side-downward and back-upward through a parallel tetramerous link 6 is fixed to plural hanging receiving parts 9 provided at the right/left lower parts of the frame 4 in a hanging state through the frame 5 from the direction of the arrow. Thus, the weight of a hanging shelf is not applied directly to the box 1 but the weight is received by a wall W, thereby the hanging shelf can safely be fixed and used regardless of the strength of the box 1 to smoothly vertically move the shelf body 7.
