PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light transmission plate having high visible light transmittance and high sunlight screening performances by successively laminating an absorption layer, a first transparent dielectric substance film, a Ag main component film and a second transparent dielectric substance film to a transparent plate. SOLUTION: A sunlight screening glass 30, a crosssectional block aluminum spacer 44 and a second transparent glass plate 41 in a mutually laminated state are engaged with and fixed to a fitting channel 45 of an approximately U-shaped grazing channel 43 to form a sunlight screening multiple layer glass 40. The sunlight screening glass 30 is obtained by successively laminating an absorption layer 32 (titanium nitride, etc., about 1-20 mm thickness), a first transparent dielectric substance film 33, a Ag main component film 35 (about 5-20 mm thickness) and a second transparent dielectric substance film 37 to a transparent plate a transparent glass plate 31 (float glass, polyethylene terephthalate, etc., about 1-15 mm thickness).
