摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form a thin layer of desired film thickness even when the ink liquid level height of a low viscosity ink is fluctuated by specifying the viscosity of a liquid material, the peripheral speed of a roller, the roller radius, the average roughness of a roller face and the like. SOLUTION: An ink 6 is made to adhere on an outer peripheral face by the rotation of a roller 12', and then the ink 6 reaches the end 17 of a blade 16'. The end 17 is bent by receiving the pressure from the ink 6, and the ink 6 is passed through to form a thin ink layer of film thickness equal to the bending amount of the end 17. When the viscosity of a liquid material is approximately 1-1000 cm poise and the peripheral speed of the roller is approximately 50-1000 mm/sec. and the roller radius is in the range of approximately 5-100 mm, the ten point average roughness Rz on the roller surface is approximately 1μm or more, and the time required for rotating and moving the roller surface from the position whereon the roller surface is separated from the liquid level to the position whereon the roller surface is brought into contact with the end of the blade is less than 3 seconds.
