PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting operations and to enhance the appearance of a structure by fitting a cap over the inner bottom part of the pull handle of an armrest main body mounted to door trim to prevent the rolled part of a surface member from being turned up. SOLUTION: In this automotive door armrest mounting structure in which an armrest main body 1 formed by covering the surface of a core 1b with a surface member 1c is mounted to door trim 3 attached to the inner surface of an automotive door, the armrest main body 1 is formed with a recessed pull handle 1a and at least one locking hole 1g is bored in the bottom of the pull handle 1a. A locking pawl 4a projecting from the bottom face of a cap 4 is locked in the locking hole 1g and the surface member 1c covering the inner bottom face of the pull handle 1a is sandwiched between the cap 4 and the core 1b to prevent the rolled part 1h of the surface member from floating.
