PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prepartal girdle readily wearable by a pregnant woman and capable of stably holding the daily enlarging abdominal part. SOLUTION: This prepartal girdle is composed of a wholly stretchable fabric and is obtained by attaching a broad tape 4 having 40-55% width of the back width in a state thereof having the stretchability in the width direction of the waist to the center of the waist part 3 of a back body part 2, providing a front body part 1 with a changeover line 5 curved downward from the waist part 3 sewed with the tape 4 to the abdominal center and forming a hypogastric part 7 comprising a material in a substantially inverted triangular shape having strong elasticity and the changeover line 5 as the upper side under the changeover line 5 and composing the epigastric part 8 above the changeover line 5 and the lower part of the tape 4 of the back body part 2 under the changeover line 5 of a flexible material.
