PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container which is easily fabricated with sealing-up made practicable at a flange part with a sealing lid, and to make a plurality of contents storable separately in a single container by a method wherein a paper container main body made up of a main blank and sub blanks and an internal protective film layer formed of a thermoplastic resin film adhered closely to the internal surface of the container main body are provided. SOLUTION: On fabricating a paper container main body 1 at the inside of a forming mold, a main blank 10 is inserted first and a flange part 3 is fixed firm to the forming mold. Then, sub blanks 11 and 12 are inserted, with side faces 6 thereof folded up, until bottom faces thereof reach the bottom of the forming mold. Then, a thermoplastic resin film under the state of being heated is brought into contact with the forming mold with clamps thereof lowered while air is drawn through a vacuum hole of a forming mold bed, and the thermoplastic resin film under the state of being heated is adhered closely to the inside of the paper container main body 1 while the drawing is continued. Then, the thermoplastic resin film is cut, and a paper container having a protective film layer 2 at the inside of the paper container main body 1 is formed.
